Mr. Abbas is an esteemed Finance Leader with 17+ years of experience and a proven track record. For 12+ years, he oversaw the financial operations of the competitive oil storage terminal sector. Notably, he played a key role in the development of a cutting edge oil storage terminal in Fujairah, UAE in 2010, overseeing its construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations until 2024. During his tenure, Mr. Abbas successfully led multiple due diligence processes for the acquisition of oil storage terminals on behalf of investors, ranging from state oil strategic traders to private equity firms. His expertise is further enriched by 5+ years of valuable experience in Audit, Assurance & Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where he applied his practical knowledge extensively across a diverse range of multinational clients in industries such as Oil, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Services, and Trading.
Mr. Ahsan is a respected regional banker with 25+ years of experience in financial institutions like Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Commercial Bank of Dubai. He has led corporate banking divisions, focusing on the Oil & Gas sector.
Currently as an Executive Director at ENRG, Mr. Ahsan offers strategic advice to clients in the MENA region, specializing in debt restructuring, private equity, and M&A transactions.
